People often experience a moment of epiphany before they decide to lose weight. This realisation can come in many forms; seeing their own reflection and realising they do not like the things they see, feeling horrified when asked if they would want to try on the next size, or having a health scare that propels them into the direction of healthy eating. I was always very careful with my hand washing, even to the point that not one of the family caught the bug after i did. But at that time, our family had not been cooking too often and a lot of our diet was made up of fast food and frozen meals.

This unfortunate incident left me feeling physically weak and emotional too. I felt angry at the individual who had helped me sick, but concurrently, I felt angry at myself. I knew that I had put my health into someone else’s hands; that it was my option to live the way in which I was. Which is when my epiphany came. I told myself, “No Longer”. If I dreamed of being in control of my health, I needed to be in control of the things i ate. That is certainly when my healthy eating and active lifestyle began.

I never planned to shed How To Lose 20kg In Two Months; the load just came off gradually. I never continued diets, I never did vigorous amounts of exercise, I never sought the help of anyone. I did so everything on my own. I simply made better options for my body and better choices for my family.

It’s extremely essential to drink LOTS of water. I seldom drink soft drink, cordial, tea or coffee. I haven’t drank alcohol in five years. In my opinion that water is the greatest thing for you, so have plenty of it.
